You will engage with Glen Gate in transforming words into

Sign a design contract and
see exciting ideas and visions spring to life as Glen Gate
drafts, sketches and creates plans. |

As required, you review updated
sketches, plans and costs with your Designer. |

Review final construction
costs: they are adjusted based on your input and finalized
with your approval. |

Glen Gate attends town hearings
and board meetings on your behalf. We meet with town representatives
and attend to building and specialty permits. |

Launch meeting: Glen Gate's
construction manager and designer outline the construction
process before breaking ground. |

Weekly site meetings: You
are included in weekly meetings with construction, design
and key staff during the construction process. |
