Order and Inspiration

This new home was purchased along with an adjoining lot, on which the homeowners planned to build a guest house for visiting family members. These plots needed to be designed like one harmonious property but zoned as two. The Glengate team worked up a complete master plan – navigating the local regulations to bring the vision to life. In addition to master planning, the team was involved in executing the complete project – from constructing the pool, terraces and driveways, to adding herbaceous planting beds and other garden design. This brought together not only the two properties, but a family for generations to come.
